Teaming Patterns are a great asset for transparency of responsibilities and commitment within different teams. Working with them will boost clarity and motivation for everyone involved!

People usually have different roles on the Crews they participate in. To understand what team members can expect from each other regarding their contributions and responsibilities, they can use the Role Attributes patterns as a starting point.
