Initialization

We start with a series of alignment calls with key members of your organization. This lets us understand your current situation, team structure, and operational dynamics. We uncover how different teams collaborate and identify areas for improvement.

Introduce the unFIX Model

Every journey begins with a solid foundation. Our initial learning phase can be tailored to your needs through either live facilitated workshops or self-paced e-learning courses. This phase includes:

While e-learning offers flexibility, workshops provide hands-on exercises and vibrant discussions.

At this point, we typically will hand it over to your internal team or a qualified unFIX partner. They are experts in guiding these organizational changes and can also provide the required time and attention. However, we offer to act as a sounding board so you can reflect with us on the progress of the organizational change. This phase aims to achieve measurable improvements within the organization and continue to evolve stepwise.
