Delegate
Delegation Level
Purpose
You leave the decision to them and you don’t even need to know about details that would just clutter your brain.
Notes
Example: A writer delegates Printing & Binding at level 7 to his professional printer because, as a writer, he has no idea how the print process works.
The “seven levels of delegation” are borrowed from Management 3.0.
Rules / Constraints
We have not yet defined rules or constraints.

“The inability to delegate is one of the biggest problems I see with managers at all levels.”
