Purpose

With this option, you say, “I am not directly supporting or rejecting the notion up for voting, but I don’t mind others proceeding with a decision.”

It can be the equivalent of blank voting or protest voting.

Notes

In practice, this is a nicer way of saying, “I don’t care”.

Yes, having an entire webpage dedicated to this simple option seems a bit overdone, but we prefer being rigorous and complete in what we do. 😁
